IMDB Synopsis: “After his former girlfriend is killed and he becomes the prime suspect, D.A. Harrison Ford goes on a search to find the real killer.”

I love early to mid-90s Harrison Ford. The Fugitive, Witness, the Jack Ryan movies… Solid thrillers that don’t pull any punches. In a fight scene he will always do that two-hands-over-his-head lunge to tackle the bad guy. Unfortunately, this movie did not include the action element of the Harrison Ford equation, but it was still great. The cast is awesome. Brian Dennehy. The wife from Die Hard. And I have to say that as much as I miss good, old-fashioned Harrison Ford, what this movie really made me miss was the enormous talents of Raul Julia. He is just great. For people who remember him only as Gomez Adams and Street Fighter’s General Bison, he is so much more. To be honest, I haven’t seen that much of his stuff, but everything I have seen him in has been really great. Just a solid character actor.

The plot is gripping and suspenseful. Throughout most of the movie you don’t know whether Harrison Ford did it or not, which I really liked. I did not care for the ending… or at least the way it was handled… I guess you could say the story was a pretty standard thriller, story-wise, but I would say it was very well made. Definitely an entertaining viewing experience overall.
